Where the two meet
For years I have worked on both sides of one question: how do people change at work, and how does technology help or get in the way? I do not treat them as two separate jobs. When people know themselves, they choose better, price better and lead better. When they use AI on the work they already do, they get hours of their life back. Each makes the other work.
Know yourself. For professionals who lead, sell, build and run things. The free Brand Report is a first look at how you naturally operate, so you can stop shrinking to fit other people’s expectations and put that strength into your decisions, your pricing and your leadership. This is coaching and training. It is not therapy.

About
I have spent my life moving between worlds. I was born in the UK, grew up in Australia, and I am Indian by heritage. I studied in California and have lived in Germany for 22 years.
I started in a university job and behind a bank counter in Melbourne. By 2000 I was teaching inside Accenture, and later worked in learning and talent in large technology companies. That adds up to 30 years of teaching people, 25 of them in corporate rooms. I work in English from Germany.

Hosting and connection data
This page runs on systeme.io (ITACWT Limited, Dublin, Ireland). According to systeme.io, its servers are at Amazon Web Services in Ireland. When you open the page, technically necessary connection data is processed, such as your IP address, time, and browser and device details (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in showing you this page). I do not set a retention period for these logs; they are kept by systeme.io.
Cookies and error reports
systeme.io can set a technically necessary first-party cookie (on my other systeme.io pages it is named sio_u_public). When I checked this page, no cookie was readable by the page’s scripts, and the page loads no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. I use no cookie banner and tell you about this here instead. systeme.io also sends technical error reports from the page to the service Sentry (server: o380824.ingest.us.sentry.io). Details such as your IP address and browser data may be sent with them, and this may involve a server outside the EU (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The page files (scripts and styles) are delivered from Amazon CloudFront servers (d3fit27i5nzkqh.cloudfront.net, d2543nuuc0wvdg.cloudfront.net), which also receive your IP address when you open the page. The photo and the fonts are part of the page itself; no web fonts are loaded from other companies.
No forms, no tracking
This page has no sign-up form, no analytics, no embedded videos and no social media plug-ins. The links to other sites (my free Brand Report, humanizeyourai.com, LinkedIn) only leave this page when you click them, and those sites have their own privacy notices.
If you email me
Your email and its contents are processed by my email provider Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus, EU) (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or (b) for enquiries about services). I keep your messages as long as needed to answer you and for legal duties. There is no fixed deletion period. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to vinita@vinitatemmert.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
